Streamlining The Road to Recovery: Introducing the future of permit approvals with eCheck!
In Collaboration With Steadfast LA, California Governor Gavin Newsom Announces Launch Of New AI Tool To Supercharge The Approval Of Building Permits And Speed Recovery For Pacific Palisades, Altadena, Pasadena, and Malibu Communities
Steadfast LA, in partnership with LA Rises and other leading organizations including Autodesk and Amazon, is funding a groundbreaking new AI-powered tool called eCheck, developed by Archistar. This innovative software will be provided to the City and County of Los Angeles at no cost, dramatically accelerating the pace at which local governments can approve building permits.
By leveraging private sector innovation and cross-sector collaboration, this effort ensures that affected communities can begin recovery and reconstruction without unnecessary delay.
eCheck uses advanced AI and automated assessments to streamline the building permit process. By accelerating approvals, we’re removing barriers to development, increasing building supply, and fostering a tangible impact to rebuild our city.
Once fully implemented by local leaders, this e-check tool will improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and speed of the rebuilding process from the Eaton and Palisades fire while also improving the experience for disaster survivors.
